why d j t loves catch phrases, nonsense, adjectives--
they fill up time
they help his failing memory
he goes to level of his audience, playing to crowd
it leaves his enemies puzzled.
He's going for the #s
not for quality.
He's like Hitler "A lie repeated often enough will be believed."
Adjectives are a way of labeling--
"beautiful"
"He's a good man"
"failing NYTs"
and so on, often mean "truth is not truth"
as in Orwell "black is white"
"war is peace"
ALTERNATE REALITY.
They will just keep repeating catechisms till the end.
