3 Letpadaung Taung copper mine protestors suing "President" Thein Sein for pre-dawn attack with white phosphorus -
http://www.irrawaddy.org/archives/28498
Independent labs outside Burma have established it was white phosphorus, victims are still in burn units in a Thai hospital, "inquiry commission" was clearly just a window-dressing move to placate people and put Daw Suu Kyi in a spot simultaneously -
so long as the military government remains in power you can be sure there will be no change. The report is currently collecting dust in some office.

Brutal crackdown on monks and workers/miners protesting Chinese-owned copper mines in central Burma
http://www.irrawaddy.org/archives/20111
(Foreign) commentators on the Irrawaddy site don't seem to understand there are thousands of monks in Burma, and these are different from the neo-Nazi skin heads who spout racist sentiments in Arakan against the Rohingya.
