This is like one of Stephen Baxter's novels.
Speculative fiction in year 2500, I think, was the theme of the competition.
My
entry did not win--featuring a billionaire woman in a high rise and an angel with detachable wings--
but this is beautiful too. I congratulate Glen Loveland and Himal judges.
