How to sanitize thrift store and other items. I ALWAYS

wash vegetables and fruits from supermarts or home-delivered in warm water and drain.
Bagged salad ingredients and other items sealed in plastic,I wipe the items with a hand towel soaked in hand sanitizer.
Bagged big bags of chicken I remove fat, wash and bag again in one time cooking size, e.g. 2 or three chicken legs at a time, and store in freezer.
Pork, I remove sinews, wash, cut and marinade to average cooking size--e.g.for roast pork char sui,store in freezer till ready to cook.
I eat perishable items first.
Bottles of milk, salad dressing etc I wipe all outside surfaces with hand sanitizer.
Tofu and cheese packs I wipe with hand sanitizer.
