Mistake in previous post
It was late Col Chit Myaing who lived in MD whom Mrs Inge Sargent thought arrested and caused the death of her 1st husband--Hsipaw Sawbwa Sao Kya Seng in 1962 (through torture.)
My mistake--not Col Kyi Maung who was with NLD.
