Here, Dr. Miemie Wyn Byrd talks to Irrawaddy Magazine's Ko Aung Zaw of

Strategy and Structure type reforms faced by the "exile" NUG National Unity Government.

Dr. Byrd is a former Lt.Col.in the US Army.

It seems to me she is already advising the NUG.

It seems to me the NUG should take its lessons from Zelensky and Ukraine, especially drone warfare and communications.

It's said the Zelensky command structure made sure its communications were secure well before the present War started.

Dr.Byrd also spoke about "hearts and minds" (morale).

Young men and women abducted off the streets cannot and will not fight with the fire and passion of ethnic-based forces fighting for their own autonomy and freedom.

I wish I could do more, but right now I cannot.
