"oueen chipe" must be a typo for Queen Saw.

Col. Ba Shin a well known historian wrote that there were 3 queens named Pwa Saw in the Bagan (formerly spelled Pagan) period, other than the famous Queen Saw of Maurice Collis's She was a Queen.
