The Tiresome Burma vs M word "debate"
Just left this on SEA-Globe site, where it is awaiting moderation:
The name change was to hoodwink the world into thinking it's not the junta which committed all these human rights abuses. It's the new disciplined democracy.
I personally can't stand Myanmaring and Yangoning people. They are so often business people going there for profit.
As for the "Myanmar/Burma" people, sitting on the fence you are likely to slash yourself where it counts most.
Enough said.
