I remember Bilin as where all the Mon servants (then called Talaing) came from to work in Rangoon--

Later the brokers brought young women from Central Burma, poorer, almost untrainable, never seen a flush toilet--looked for a hole in the floor when sweeping, did not know how to use cloth sanitary towels--did not last long.

The best were Karen Christians, the most cleanly, loyal, well-trained.

Guys who build skyscrapers are from a specific Native American tribe--these are jobs white people don't do.

Even during last trump admin, my (white) friend said she could not find helpers for her home. She has a garden and now has a back injury.
