Arpaio pardoning, Trum thought he'd get higher ratings, timed during Hurricane Harvey
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/08/28/us/politics/trump-finland-harvey-arpaio-russia.html
This man has a superficial "understanding" of the world.
TV ratings??? !!!
His problem is a lack of personal values, propriety and ethics, he stands for the wrong things.
He is a self-serving evil person, not suited for that post, who surrounds himself with lackeys.
The sooner he is is gone the better, but he's hanging on by his fake forelock.
