I don't like chefs or amateur cooks who talk too much.
I don't think Ramsey talks too much, and he gets right to work.
I've learned beef wellington and baked Alaska with Italian meringue from watching him on Youtube, but I only made these items once each, because maybe too heavy or sweet for me.
