He really feeds his children well.
See how to cook clean and well with the barest of facilities, but good water and supplies.
Plastic spoons should be provided.
I cook Hyderabadi biryani, but process is a bit different. Doesn't matter.
Like me he foregoes saffron, the most expensive spice in the world, maybe now $5 for 5 small stamens of saffron crocus.
He stints on nothing else.
I like the way he does not talk much, sits and waits for it to cook, and tastes everything first, then shares widely.
