Making samosas at home, skin included.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TnvKRdNhx64 I like to learn how to make everything, including spring roll skins, as it is not so easy to get to an Asian supermart, whereas flour is available everywhere, and so are oil, butter, salt and water. Besides, I don't like to depend on anyone, including friends to drive me there and back. kmk 6-4-2018

The late Leo Nichols--I met him and his wife once at a dinner party for "Timber friends." I left Burma in 1980s and heard of his death while working at RFA.
