hydrochloroquine has no effect, says French study

CNN: Sadly, a study from France shows hydrochloroquine to have no effect. 84 patients took the drug, 97 took a placebo. There was no difference in outcomes except that some of the 84 developed heart problems, a known side effect of the drug.
