I once saw an NGO worker on a practice panel who snatched the mike from his disabled colleague, they were supposed to be play-acting for doing a presentation to set up a disabled NGO in Burma and another woman stepped in over the office partition and tried to tell 4 Ph.D.s including me, deliberating over prizes for NGO employees, that one contestant had a "mental disease" which the interferer could not even name properly-- I was so mad I stepped out and told this woman her behavior was totally unacceptable. This non-profit did not invite me back in future years when they "went inside Burma" from Thailand, but it is not something I could have ignored.
