At least sun dry the eggplant and try and cook tomatoes into sauce with salt. You can sun dry tomatoes, mustard (monyin) leaves etc too.

Maybe I should go to Vienna--but not right now--I've been to London, was a child near there, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki,Gottenberg,Berlin,Amsterdam. I've been to quite a few places.
