Frumpiest--The Queen--except when she wore that curly butter yellow spaghetti hat and the grey/white boater with the large hounds tooth suit.
Don't know how the hats stay on--the little pillboxes sliding off the forehead.
Saddest, Jackie's when Jack was shot.
Best society--The Red Hat Society.
Best name--Hats in the Belfry.
