Since it's Saturday--new heart throb, honorary son/grandson--
now I might need to go to Vietnam with my foodie friend.
What I like about Luke Nguyen is he is not hoity toity, not blue ribbon, he shows you everything, is democratic, and cooks with street vendors on the street.
What more do you want?
He also shows you regional dishes which might disappear in the age of KFC and McDonalds (sp?)
