These images are not "exotic" they are bizarre and revolting.
The neck coils push the women's chest cavities down, and if they are removed, the neck falls down.
They can't drink liquids except through a straw.
But they are being put on again to attract tourists in human zoos.
All of Burma is a human zoo.
