It seems copies were knocked off from a copy I gave to their editor in 2002 in Gottenberg as a query.
Do not promote or enable plagiarism and intellectual property theft.
I have talked to them about this before, when they denied it.
Unless they are selling the one copy I gave them as a used book, but it does not look like it.
