From 2012--another Thant Myint U book that went nowhere--Whither Burma?

2021 coup and recent events have made it obsolete and wrong.
I was looking to see if "Whither Burma" title had been taken already.
But book titles are not copyrighted. Anyone can write another book with the same or similar title.
This reviewer in Slate likes latest Murakami novel--the walled city--the walled garden.
