Impt post--Internet novel by Gu Man, Shine on Me--English translation.

The TV series is very good, but it is hard to find the episodes, many series with "Shine" in the title.

This translation is pretty good--and though I don't read nor understand Mandarin, it is easy to see why she is such a well-known writer.

Gu Man's writerly voice is not unlike Hemingway--direct and heart felt--no beating about the bush.
