I would like, someone out there, preferably a trained Physics Ph.D to write me a paper on why countries like Myanmar don't need an atom bomb.
You can't contact me--but you can publish your finished piece somewhere and if it's good, I will find it.
You can use a pseudonym of your choice.
U Tin Maung Maung Than,in 1970s,wrote a paper while he was working for Burma Research Institute? and submitted it for a Diploma in Eco.Planning paper at Inst of Ecos,Rangoon, when I worked there.
But it wasn't that interesting.
He told me General Ne Win wanted such a study.
Sonnet 116. My father would often read this out aloud to me--when he was home from work and frustrated with his "education minister."
