Last Governor of Hong Kong.

The last and 28th Governor of Hong Kong was Chris Patten, who served from 1992 to 1997. After the handover in 1997, the position of Governor was replaced by the Chief Executive, with the first being Tung Chee-hwa.
Chris Patten: The final British Governor of Hong Kong, he served from July 9, 1992, until June 30, 1997, just before the handover to China.
