Not with major ethic conflicts and war in the west and northeast in a country the area of Texas, but with much less flat land, not to mention the other human rights abuses
1. mass land grabs from farmers.
2. no protection for workers' rights
3. over 200 political prisoners still in jail
4. no systemic reforms
5. destroyed environment
6. army incorporated still owns everything.
7. ethnic conflict in Arakan
8. civil war in Kachin State.
