Nobel to be given to Thein Sein as some sort of carrot before anything done?

He has gotten himself one honorary doctorate from a Chinese university and appears to wish to appear as popular as the Lady.
The non-charismatic should not be underestimated.
He and his Foreign Minister are now quietly traveling signing business deals in Canada and S. Korea. In Seoul he was given a head of state's welcome.
Thank God that in the USA, the Obama administration allowed him nowhere near DC, the Capital or the White House,and he had to make do with holding court at the Mark Hotel in Manhatten.
And only Daw Suu got to meet President Obama and Bo.
