Peter Mathiessen's book, In the Spirit of Crazy Horse--

Wow--well worth reading--publication held up10 years due to libel suits by FBI agents against Viking Press, but author Mathiessen won the case.

BTW, there is a very large on line sample on Amazon and you shld buy the book, so reasonable esp second hand.
